Return Policy (14 Days)
Our 14-day return policy means that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@bramier.com. Returns must be sent to the address that will be provided.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PRE-ORDER cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@bramier.com.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
